Abstract
Lithium rare metal ores in La Vi area, Quảng Ngãi Province have been evaluated in detail through the discovery of 40 tin and lithium ore bodies of industrial prospect. The resources have been estimated at about 10,000 tons of LiO2. Lithium is a valuable rare metal, possible to be used in many high technology fields. The determination of existence of deep-seated ore plays an important role in assessing the prospect of deposit. This article introduces the measurement of electrical resistivity images effectively applied in the orientation of drilling work, contributing in the confirmation of potential of lithium in Việt Nam.
