Abstract

The meteorite impact craters are remainings of extraterrestrial objectshitting the Earth. These events have caused significant regional and even global geological, environmental and climate changes, which in turn changed the conditions of formation, accumulation and/or destroy the mineral and natural resources. This study discussthe rimmed bowl-shaped craters, whosediameters are ~3 km and they are burried at ~ 120 m under the continental shelf of Việt Nam, Which were identified by high resolution seismic data. The intepreted results suggested the possible presence of a meteorite impact craters and the related typical regional geological events in the region.
